Origin: Acatenango region, Guatemala
Tasting Notes: Milk Chocolate, Flora, Caramel, Brown Sugar, and a Winey Acidity
Elevation: 1,640 m.
Notes: It is a pleasure to share this very smooth coffee with you. It comes to you from a fourth generation farm, founded in 1838 and currently operated by its founder's great granddaughter. She is devoted to the quality of life for its works, 50% being women, and to the protection of the natural forest around the farm.
The agroforestry system of farming, with three water springs, promotes environmental sustainability and a very high quality of bean.
As you savor the hints of milk chocolate, caramel, brown sugar you can respect the efforts of Finca Santa Margarita to bring you their best. Beans are dried on patio and African beds and milled with both a wet and dry process.
From seed to cup you can be assured that you have received the best!
